A Rs. 50000/= INR and 1000USD for NRI deposit must be sent in advance to our company to process your booking.
Balance should be paid at least 60 days before the trip departure. Payment should be made by bank transfer to our INR or Foreign Currency Account.
HELI YATRA
- Token Advance Amount of Rs.50, 000 and 1000 USD FOR NRI Forfeited Irrespective No. Of Days of Intimation.
- 50% Cancellation from 21 days prior to departure date.
- 75% Cancellation from 15 days prior to departure date.
- 100% Cancellation from10 days & below prior to departure date.
- Please send your cancellation by Email or letter only. Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.
- All disputes regarding the conducting of the tour Subject of Jurisdiction at Ahmedabad (India).
LAND ROUTE
- Token Advance Amount of Rs.25, 000 and 500 USD FOR NRI Forfeited Irrespective No. Of Days of Intimation.
- 50% Cancellation from 21 days prior to departure date.
- 75% Cancellation from 15 days prior to departure date.
- 100% Cancellation from10 days & below prior to departure date.
- Please send your cancellation by Email or letter only. Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.
