• Airport Arrival Departure transfers by 2×2 A/C coach.
• 03 nights at 4* Hotel on twin sharing basis with daily B-L-D (pure vegetarian).
• 01 half day sightseeing of Pashupatinath and Buddhanilkanth by 2×2 A/C coach in Kathmandu.
• Transportation Kathmandu / Tibet Border / Kathmandu by 2×2 Coach.
• 01 night in Guest House sharing basis in Syabrubesi or Timure.
• 02 nights in hotel in Kerung sharing basis.

• Horse and porter service for personal use during the Kailash Parikrama.
• Extra hotel nights in Kathmandu or Tibet not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Rescue/evacuation expenses or any additional costs incurred due to illness, health emergencies, or separation from the main group.
• International flights to and from Kathmandu.
• Personal porter to carry small bags during the Kora (Parikrama).
• Additional transportation in Tibet beyond the mentioned itinerary.
• Transportation for Asthapad (if you wish to go).
• Extra accommodation in Kathmandu for early arrival or late departure.
• Single-room supplement for participants requesting single occupancy.
• Additional accommodation in Kathmandu in case of early return from Kailash.
• Any extra transportation, accommodation, or visa cancellation charges resulting from separation from the group or early return.
• Additional transportation from the border to Kathmandu in case of early return.
• Personal oxygen bottles for individual use.
• All other expense not shown above.

• A Validity of Your Passport is 07 months after Yatra departure date.
• Indian Passport holders shall carry their Original Passport and  Original Election card during the Yatra.
• Every Pilgrim shall bring his/ her Original Passport, Original Election Card and Original Pan Card at the time of booking the yatra.
• Foreign Passport Holders shall arrange Mainland China (L) Tourist Visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy in their home country on their own.
• An experienced Nepali Guide will accompany you during Kailas Yatra.
• The Tour Operator is not responsible for any delay in schedule of Yatra on account of some exigencies.
• Administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount to the Pilgrim in case the China Government refuses to issue Visa or Yatra Permit.
• Pilgrim shall book return Air Ticket by keeping gap of 1-2 days of the completion of Yatra.
• The expenses of stay in Kathmandu during this period shall be borne by the Pilgrim.
• In Kailash Mansarovar Yatra only 25 Kgs. luggage is allowed includes duffle and shoulder bag.

• Fill the Application Form with all the details.
• Affix one passport size photograph & enclosed two extra copies.
• Enclose a Medical Certificate and Report duly certified by A Recognized Physician 30 days before Yatra date.
• Every yatri should bring their original passport, Election Card, Pan Card at the time of booking of Yatra.

MODE OF PAYMENT

• 25,000/- OR FOR NRI 500 USD to be deposited with the Application Form.
• Balance Amount. Payable at least 60 days prior to Departure. IN USD AND INR

CANCELLATION

• Token Advance Amount of Rs. 25,000/- and 500 USD FOR NRI Forfeited Irrespective No. Of Days of Intimation.
• 50% Cancellation from 21 days prior to departure date.
• 75% Cancellation from 15 days prior to departure date.
• 100% Cancellation from10 days & below prior to departure date.
• Please send your cancellation by Email or letter only. Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.
• All disputes regarding the conducting of the tour Subject of Jurisdiction at Ahmadabad (India).

– Payment procedure :  Balance Payment  should be made before 60 Days before the trip Departure.
